Initiate a Ticket
Log into your account and submit a support ticket via our Help Center, including your order number and clear photos of the item you wish to return.
Technical Assessment
Our engineering team will review your request within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all propellers, cables, and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will perform a final inspection and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
